Innovative Senior Product Designer

I am a Pittsburgh-based Senior Product Designer, focused on creating thoughtful, user-centered solutions for complex systems. I recently worked as an Innovation Designer at IBM, bridging technology, strategy, and human needs.

For the past 4 years I have been working in the federal market supporting clients in the Health and Defense space leading design thinking sessions. I aim to understand customer and user journeys and identify their pain points. I synthesize user research and insights to help craft and scope Pilots to prove out value, connecting technology with client business needs.
